Easy 7 Days Refund Or Replacement.

If a damaged or wrong product is delivered, then please inform our team along with the image within 7 days. We would immediately look into your request and send a replacement product or initiate a refund accordingly.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

If, unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do it before the order is processed. You can easily choose to have the entire amount refunded when you cancel the product even before the plants are shipped. You can contact through Email or Whatsapp for the same.

Can You Return Plants?

Plants Bazar does not accept returns on the plants which would not survive in the transit stress. When the plants are damaged, then it is eligible for the replacement or refunds for the product.

What If Any Damage, Loss, or Delay In Transit?

On receipt of the goods carefully, there could be certain circumstances that are beyond the control for receiving the damaged product.

We will replace the product at no extra cost for satisfaction. Under any of these circumstances, you can write to us. Plants Bazar does not send the defective product to any customers. The replacement option will be shipped immediately with receipt of the defective product.

Replacement is also subject to the availability of the product in stock. Please advise our team immediately when there is any sign of damage.

Your ordered plants will arrive at your doorstep only in good condition.

Can you return non-plant products?

Yes, If any non-plant product reaches you in a damaged state. OR If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges on unused or unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Simply reach out to our customer support team to start the process.

What If free Ceramic Planter Damage?

If you found our free ceramic planter in damaged condition, then inform immediately to our customer service. 

Refund Policy:

If there is any Refund required for the product, your claim will be processed within 10 working days upon the request of the cancellation of the item.
